Rotary tiller maintenance technology
"Prevention is better than cure, nourishment is better than repair" is the principle for the use and maintenance of rotary tillers. The maintenance of rotary tillers is divided into on-duty maintenance and quarterly maintenance.
Under normal circumstances, on-shift maintenance should be carried out after each shift. The contents include: ① Check and tighten the connecting bolts; ② Check whether wearing parts such as machetes, latches, and cotter pins are defective. If damaged, replace them; ③ Check whether the transmission box, universal joint and bearings are short of oil. If oil is short, replenish it immediately.
Quarterly maintenance After each work quarter is completed, quarterly maintenance should be carried out, including: ① Thoroughly clearing dust and oil on the machine; ② Replace lubricating oil and grease; ③ Check whether the blade is excessively worn, and replace it with a new blade if necessary; ④ Check whether the hood, carriage, etc. are deformed, and restore them to their original shape or replace them if necessary; ⑤ Comprehensively check the appearance of the machine, add paint, and apply oil to the machete and splined shafts to prevent rust; ⑥ When not used for a long time, the wheels The rotary cultivator equipped with a tractor should be placed on a level ground and should not be hung on the tractor for a long time to avoid deformation of the connecting parts.
